At CB Juice all our products are processed in accordance with best practice industry standards, and each process is completely different depending on the type of fruit.
In 2002 a new high capacity low temperature evaporator was commissioned following the purchase and relocation of the Keith Harris Griffith Citrus Processing Plant. This plant allowed CB Juice to continue taking increasing volumes of juice grade fruit from new plantings coming in to production. Further expansion of CB Juice occurred in 2009 with the commissioning of twin dual purpose cold/freezer rooms designed to eliminate the need for outside storage (Brisbane) of finished goods.
